My Journey
By profession, I am a fully qualified Independent Prescribing Pharmacist with over 10 years’ experience. I am a First Class Honours Pharmacy graduate from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK, Class of 2011. I advanced in my medical career by becoming an Independent Prescriber in 2017. This means I am a UK registered, London based Independent Prescribing Pharmacist able to prescribe any medication in the UK. I have worked in the Community, Hospital, for NHS GP Practices and Private clinics in Central London Victoria and Liverpool Street. My specialties are Dermatology and Weight Loss Management.
I also work remotely to support Private Clinics treat patients with facial and scalp diseases. I continue to work in the NHS as an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist for GP surgeries as well as the private sector. I began my aesthetic journey in 2021 and pride myself for choosing to specialise only in areas I am passionate about such as Aqualyx® fat dissolving dissolving injections, keeping patient safety at the forefront of my mind, always.

My Philosophy
My journey with fat dissolving treatment is a personal one. Sometimes we all need a helping hand and that is fine.
No man or woman should be ashamed or depressed about their looks. We have not failed because we do not have 'society's' perfect body or because we had help along the way.
Fat dissolving treatment is not for everyone but if like me you are ready but need some help, say no more! My belly has always been my problem area. I lost a lot of weight when I was younger but my belly was always pronounced no matter what I did. I tried one session of fat dissolving treatment and it could see a big difference within 3 weeks.

Post COVID-19
During my early 20s, I underwent a significant weight loss transformation, going from a size 22 down to a 12-14 in just six months. As many of you may relate, this was no easy feat. However, it's fascinating how the same weight loss seems more difficult to accomplish today in my 30s, even for just a kilo.
Fast forward to 2019. Despite maintaining my weight, I struggled with losing belly fat. I opted for a fat-dissolving treatment and the results were incredible! (I've shared them below for you to see!) Plus, it only took one session to achieve!
I made some unhealthy choices and gained weight, which meant that my flatter belly from the fat dissolving treatment in 2019 was gone. To get back on track, I plan to have another session. I'll keep you posted on my progress!

My Fat Missolving Treatment Story
Before my Treatment
I can still remember walking into the treatment room with a half-hearted prayer that it would work, but not really fully believing it would. I decided to treat my lower belly and love handles.
My Treatment
The whole consultation and procedure took about 40 minutes. Out of the 40 injection points, I only felt about 6-8 of them. They more or less felt like a pinch rather than actual pain; just a bit more noticeable compared to the other injections.
After my Treatment
I had no bruising. I ate healthily but indulged on a meal or two on the weekends. I did not exercise but I massaged the area once daily in the morning for less than a minute. Basically when i rubbed my lotion.
My Results
I did not think my fat dissolving treatment had made a huge difference until i went back just 3 weeks later for a follow up and she took pictures for us to compare. I knew it had helped but never imagined it had helped this much! It was amazing because I had weighed much less in the past than I did on the day i had my fat dissolving treatment, however it was the flattest my tummy i have had. My personal best figure so far. My chance for a reset.
Fast forward
I was ecstatic with my results and did not follow up with further treatments. Post Covid-19, I have unfortunately put on weight but plan do do another fat dissolving treatment and share my new story with you. Fat dissolving treatment is great for me personally because although i put gain and lose weight i never go above my dress size, so having that boost to contour my belly is what i am want for myself.
My advice
I hope my personal journey inspires yours. My recommendation? Take pictures 4-6 weeks post-treatment even if you cannot see the difference with your naked eyes because photos don't lie. Seeing progression will magnify your motivation to fight for the body of your dreams!
